Through regular reporting, KPI analysis, and business partnering with regional teams, the role contributes to informed decision-making, identifies risks and opportunities, and supports the sustainable growth and profitability of the retail network.\nJob Description\nKey Accountabilities\nRun monthly analysis on channels profitability by updating the working files, preparing and commenting reports for top management.\nPerform ad-hoc analysis on business and events performance by structuring, preparing and presenting reports.\nPerform financial analysis at regional/country/store level through dedicated KPIs.\nSupport capital budgeting activities by reviewing investment requests from the regions, assessing business plans and investment returns for new openings and refurbishments of directly operated stores.\nContribute to business controlling and planning activities across retail channels.\nMonitor business performance and profitability trends, identifying key variances, risks and opportunities to support decision-making.\nSupport budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial analysis on key business drivers.\nRequirements\nMaster’s Degree in Management Engineering, Business, Economics or Finance.\n4-6 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Business Controlling or similar Finance roles, preferably within retail or international organizations.\nAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to structure complex analyses, reports and business models.\nSolid knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.\nAbility to analyze business performance and profitability, identifying key trends, risks and opportunities.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial analysis into clear business insights.\nAbility to work effectively with different stakeholders in a cross-functional and international environment.\nSalary Package\n Gross Annual Salary: 38.000 € (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).\n NCBA (National Collective Bargaining Agreement): CCNL Industria Pelli e Succedanei (unique alphanumeric code: D111)\nBonuses and Commissions: Annual Target Bonus as per the company-level collective agreement in force, up to 20% of the Gross Annual Salary.\nOther Benefits:Company canteen\nSupplementary health insurance\nCompany welfare program\n\nGucci is committed to building a diverse workforce.
