We are looking for a proactive, passionate and detail-oriented RTW Product Assistant Intern who will gain hands-on experience within the Ready-to-Wear process, supporting the team in managing collection timelines, product information, and cross-functional coordination between Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Industrialization, and Production teams.\nThe intern will contribute to the operational and organizational activities that ensure the smooth development of the RTW collections from concept to final product.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the Collection Coordination team in the day-to-day management of RTW collection activities.\nSupport the tracking of collection calendars, deadlines, and key milestones, contributing to the timely flow of information and materials.\nAssist in the preparation and maintenance of collection tracking tools, reports, and product databases.\nEnsure the accuracy and consistency of product information across systems and internal documents.\nCoordinate sample movements and support showroom, fitting, and collection presentation activities.\nFacilitate communication and follow-ups among Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Production, and other relevant stakeholders.\nSupport the creation of presentations, meeting materials, and collection overviews.\nAssist in managing collection archives and ensuring proper filing of product-related documentation.\nWhat will you learn with us?\nEnd-to-end understanding of the RTW collection development lifecycle.\nExposure to cross-functional collaboration within a luxury fashion environment.\nCollection planning, coordination, and product management processes.\nBest practices in product information management, reporting, and project coordination.\nInsights into the creative and operational dynamics behind the development of a luxury RTW collection.\nWhat are the basics?\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Management, Fashion Business, Product Development, Luxury Management, or related fields.\nStrong interest in the Ready-to-Wear product development process and luxury fashion industry.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProactive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nFluent in English.\nHow will the Recruitment process look like?\nThe next step will be an initial screening interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, during which we will discuss your background, motivation, and career aspirations.\nShortlisted candidates will then be invited to the final step of the recruitment process, consisting of an interview with the Hiring Manager.\nPlease note that interviews will take place between Early October and late October 2026.
