This position supports the organization in managing people-related costs through budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of both finance and HR dynamics.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\n People Cost AnalysisMonitor and analyze HR-related costs (FTE/HC evolution), identifying trends and providing insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.\n\nMonthly ClosingsEnsure accurate and timely submission of People Cost packages during monthly closings. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to validate and reconcile data.\n\nBudgeting & ForecastingLead and support the budgeting and forecasting processes for HR costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and workforce planning.\n\nCost OptimizationIdentify and implement cost-saving initiatives within HR operations. Monitor spending and ensure adherence to financial targets.\n\nAd Hoc Analysis & Business CasesConduct in-depth analyses and support the development of business cases for HR initiatives, organizational changes, and investment decisions.\n\nCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with HR Business Partners, Finance Controllers, and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on people cost management.\n\nKey Requirements\nMinimum 5/6 years in HR Cost Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, or similar roles, preferably in an international environment\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and presentation abilities, in both Italian and English.\nProficiency in financial and HR reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Workday, Excel, Power BI)\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nAttention to detail\nBusiness acumen\nCollaboration and stakeholder management\nInitiative and drive for continuous improvement\nSalary Package\n Gross Annual Salary: 50000€ (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).\n NCBA (National Collective Bargaining Agreement): Pelletteria, Pelli, Succedanei, Ombrelli e Ombrelloni (unique alphanumeric code: D111)\n Other Benefits:Company canteen\nComplementary health insurance\nCompany welfare program (up to quadri)\n\nGucci is committed to building a diverse workforce.
