You will support management in day-to-day operations including troubleshooting operational, service, facilities, and stockroom issues.\nYou will make a real difference for each of our clients by offering them unique experiences and turning their dreams into a Gucci creation.\nKey Accountabilities\nOperations\nOversee and execute shipping and receiving process and report any issues to Store Director or Operations Manager, taking the necessary steps to resolve; \nEnsure timely movement of merchandise as directed by Store Director or Operations Manager while adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including but not limited to transfers, RTV’s and damages; \nEnsure an accurate and organized store inventory at all times - oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support and direction from the Store Director or Operations Manager; \nDevelop and share ideas to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs; \nSupport the team in the selling process, ensuring the highest level of client experience; \nCommunicate all discrepancies/issues immediately to management; \nProcess repairs and damages on a timely basis according to company guidelines; \nAssist with physical maintenance of the boutique when needed; \nPack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards; \nPlace orders as needed for all supplies for the office and store; \nEnsure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines. \nInventory\nSupport Store Operations Controllers to ensure an accurate and organized store inventory at all times; \nOversee and execute store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support and direction from the Store Director or Operations Manager \nRequirements\n3+ years of previous senior retail operations experience and strong analytical and organizational skills \nHigh degree in ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and teamwork. \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory efficiently. \nAttention to details and accuracy in stock management processes. \nKnowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software, including receiving, tracking, and storing merchandise. \nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. \nExcellent communication skills to collaborate with store management, sales teams, and other staff members. \nFlexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail industry. \nAbility to meet physical requirements of the position including but not limited to climbing ladders, bending, lifting boxes. \nWe are passionate makers and bold thought leaders.
