You will support management in day-to-day operations including troubleshooting operational, service, facilities, and stockroomissues.\nYou will make a real difference for each of our clients by offering themuniqueexperiencesand turning their dreams into a Gucci creation.\nKey Accountabilities\nOperations\nOversee and execute shipping and receiving process and report any issues to Store Director or Operations Manager, taking the necessary steps to resolve;\n\nEnsure timelymovement of merchandise as directed by Store Director or Operations Manager while adhering to all procedures and guidelines, including but not limited to transfers, RTV’s and damages;\n\nEnsure an accurateand organized store inventory at all times - oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support and direction from the Store Director or Operations Manager;\n\nDevelop and share ideas to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs;\n\nSupport the team in the selling process, ensuring the highest level of client experience;\n\nCommunicate all discrepancies/issues immediatelyto management;\n\nProcess repairs and damages on a timelybasis according to company guidelines;\n\nAssist with physical maintenance of the boutique when needed;\n\nPack, handle, and store merchandise according to Gucci standards;\n\nPlace orders as needed for all supplies for the office and store;\n\nEnsure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.\n\nInventory\nSupport Store Operations Controllers to ensure an accurateand organized store inventory at all times;\n\nOversee and executestore cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support and direction from the Store Director or Operations Manager.\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of previoussenior retail operations experienceand strong analytical and organizational skills ;\n\nHigh degree inethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and teamwork;\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory efficiently;\n\nAttention to detailsand accuracy in stock management processes;\n\nKnowledge of stock control proceduresand inventory management software, including receiving, tracking, and storing merchandise;\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;\n\nExcellent communicationskills to collaborate with store management, sales teams, and other staff members;\n\nFlexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the retail industry;\n\nAbility to meet physical requirements of the position including but not limited to climbing ladders, bending, lifting boxes.\n\nWe are passionate makersand boldthought leaders.
