In 2025, Kering employed 44,000 people and generated revenue of €14.7 billion.\nJob Description\nYour opportunity\nThe After Sales team delivers exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding experience and meet customer expectations, aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and policies.\nAs an intern, you will support After Sales Operations, focusing on SEAO stores, and gain exposure to working within a diverse, multi-lingual, multi-category, and multi-brand environment.\nReporting to Regional Sales Service Supervisor.\nHow you will contribute\nAssist the After Sales team in managing service requests using the system tool for product damage claims, exchanges, and returns.\nLog, track, and update service cases accurately in the system.\nCommunicate with brand stores regarding service updates, timelines, and next steps.\nHandle stakeholder enquiries through the service system.\nSupport preparation of regular reports on common service issues, product recalls, and customer feedback.\nCoordinate with 3PL and repair vendors at HQ for follow-ups on repairs and spare parts.\nEnsure proper documentation and filing on shared drives.\nPerform any other ad-hoc tasks related to the After Sales function.\nWho you are?\nCurrently pursuing undergraduate studies, preferably in Supply Chain or a related field.\nStrong communication skills, with good writing proficiency.\nDetail-oriented with effective time management.\nA collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.\nWhy work with us?\nKering is committed to building a diverse workforce.
