Compensation & Benefits projects in a dynamic, international environment.\nJob Description\nHOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE\nProvide benefits orientation to new hires, clearly explaining the programs, enrollment process, available resources, and key points of contact.\nSupport Compensation & Benefits activities throughout the onboarding and offboarding processes.\nConduct benefits exit meetings with departing employees and provide guidance regarding the termination or continuation of applicable benefits.\nPrepare and update benefits presentations, onboarding materials, FAQs, communications, and supporting documentation.\nPromote employee benefits through internal communications, presentations, digital platforms, and engagement initiatives.\nResearch employee discount programs, strategic partnerships, wellness initiatives, and complimentary benefits that could strengthen the employee value proposition.\nSupport the evaluation and implementation of new benefit programs and employee partnerships.\nRespond to general employee questions regarding benefits and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team member or provider.\nProvide first-level support for invoice management, including receiving, reviewing, organizing, and following up on invoices before sharing them with the responsible team member.\nSupport team members of the Compensation & Benefits team with invoice tracking and administrative follow-up.\nMaintain organized and accurate records related to benefits, vendors, invoices, employee communications, and program participation.\nConduct research and collect data related to compensation, benefits, employee programs, market practices, and internal initiatives.\nSupport the preparation of reports, presentations, databases, and basic analyses.\nAssist with benefits events, educational sessions, employee campaigns, and enrollment activities.\nTrack participation, utilization, employee questions, and feedback related to benefits programs.\nCollaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, HR Operations, external vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.\nProvide general administrative support for Compensation & Benefits projects and recurring processes.\nParticipate in projects aimed at improving, standardizing, and communicating Compensation & Benefits processes across the organization.\nWHO YOU ARE\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.\nInterested in developing a career in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Human Resources, or People Analytics.\nStrong analytical and critical-thinking skills.\nComfortable working with numbers, employee data, reports, and administrative records.\nDetail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate information.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAble to explain information clearly, patiently, and in an employee-friendly manner.\nCustomer-service oriented and comfortable interacting directly with employees.\nStrong presentation skills and confidence supporting employee meetings or orientation sessions.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-up
