Kering Industrial Organization is currently seeking a Direct Procurement Value Analysis Manager, based in Milan, Italy.\nYour opportunity\nAs a Direct Procurement Value Analysis Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Direct Procurement Platform by providing reliable data, robust analyses, and clear performance insights.\nYou will work closely with the Direct Procurement leadership, acting as a data and analytics backbone.\nThe role is both analytical and execution driven, with no direct ownership of procurement strategy.\nHow you will contribute\nIn the role of Direct Procurement Value Analysis Senior Analyst you will:\nDefine and maintain standard methods for the “Should Cost’ calculation and analysis (€/min, price lists, material cost breakdowns) across Categories\nMonitor consistent application of standard should cost calculation methods cross-Platforms\nProviding analytical support to Category Platform Direct Procurement Leads on cost benchmarking and value optimization opportunities\nWho you are\nStrong analytical mindset, with the ability to structure, analyze, and synthesize complex operational and supply data.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; able to build and maintain robust dashboards and reports.\nComfortable working with recurring data cycles.\nMaster’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative disciplines.\n10-15 years of experience in data analysis, operations analytics, supply chain, consulting, or similar analytical environments.\nAbility to translate data into clear, business-oriented decisions.\nDetail-oriented, structured, and reliable, with a strong sense of data discipline.\nProactive and collaborative, comfortable operating in a multi-brand, matrix organization.\nCurious and eager to learn within a complex and evolving operational model.\nFluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.\nWhy work with us?\nThis is a unique opportunity to join Kering at a key moment of operational transformation and to contribute directly to the evolution of the Platforms model.\nYou will gain exposure to senior stakeholders, complex cross-brand challenges, and strategic decision-making, while developing strong analytical and business skills within a leading global Luxury group.\nKering is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
