Nell’ambito di quest’area, monitorare il portafoglio, assicurandosi che i samples inviati vengano resi nei tempi utili;\nGestire le richieste di prodotto finito destinate a Top Executive dell’azienda, garantendo precisione e urgenza, tenendo a mente gli attori coinvolti;\nSupportare il team nella gestione delle richieste provenienti dai team locali relativamente a campioni degli Showrooms / Agenti / Brand Ambassadors, contribuendo alla supervisione dei relativi flussi di ritorno;\nInterfacciarsi con i vari dipartimenti aziendali allo scopo di raccogliere tutte le informazioni necessarie per poter processare gli ordini Samples delle varie categorie;\nSettare il sistema in modo tale da consentire l’inserimento degli ordini Samples delle varie categorie;\nContribuire al lavoro di squadra e al raggiungimento degli obbiettivi del proprio team di lavoro.\nWho you are\nEsperienza pregressa di 1-2 anni in posizioni analoghe presso contesti aziendali internazionali e organizzativamente strutturati\nOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese\nLaurea in economia, business, lingue o affine\nBuona conoscenza di Excel e Power Point\nLa conoscenza di SAP sarà considerata un plus\nCapacità di analisi e gestione dello stress e delle priorità\nIntraprendenza ed approccio proattivo\nCompetenze analitiche e di pianificazione\nAttitudine al problem solving\nTeamwork\nApproccio positivo, entusiasta e costruttivo.\nWhy work with us\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth and become part of a thriving team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
