By combining industry expertise with a commitment to sustainability, we help our brands redefine design and craft eyewear that captivates consumers worldwide.Job Description\nWe are looking for a Logistics Specialist who will report to the Logistics Manager, based in New Delhi.\nYour Mission\nAs part of the Operations team, you will support end-to-end logistics and warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory flow, timely dispatch, and smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in maintaining operational accuracy, resolving delivery issues, and contributing to continuous improvement in logistics processes.\nHow you will contribute\nCoordinate warehouse operations, including post-invoicing activities and dispatch of goods with local warehouse teams\n\nEnsure timely dispatches from the warehouse and monitor outbound shipments on a daily basis\n\nManage last-mile delivery by liaising with logistics partners (e.g., Bluedart) to resolve delays and ensure smooth delivery execution\n\nMaintain accurate logistics records, including timely POD (Proof of Delivery) collection and tracking delivery performance against timelines\n\nSupport logistics cost tracking and reporting, identifying potential efficiency improvements\n\nOversee inventory management processes, including:\nMonitoring new stock received in showrooms\n\nTracking returns (e.g., Z4 returns from showrooms)\n\nEnsuring accurate and up-to-date inventory levels at all times\n\nCoordinate and execute regular cycle counts and manage inventory reconciliation\n\nUpdate and maintain logistics databases, ensuring accurate transaction processing\n\nCollaborate with internal teams on operational tasks such as delivery challan (DC) creation and pickup arrangements\n\nParticipate in projects and handle general administrative tasks as required\n\nWho you are\nAt least 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations\n\nStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail\n\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders (internal teams, warehouses, logistics vendors)\n\nGood problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle operational issues proactively\n\nComfortable working with logistics systems and maintaining accurate records (Excel proficiency required)\n\nStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindset\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, operational environment\n\nWhy work with us\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth and become part of a thriving team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
