The Financial Analyst will perform following objectives in line with performance-based targets.\nKey Objectives:\nThe Financial Analyst supports financial reporting, FP&A activities, tax/statutory coordination support, and inventory control processes across SEAO markets. The role provides critical financial and analytical support to Brand Finance, Shared Services teams, and external stakeholders to ensure high quality reporting, operational accuracy, and compliance with Group standards.\nPrimary Responsibilities: Reporting & Analysis\nPrepare monthly financial reporting (HFM/MRP), ensuring the accuracy of data, reconciliations, and variance commentary.\nPrepare budgeting and forecasting cycles including templates, consolidation, and deviation analysis.\nDeliver P&L and balance sheet analytics for designated brands, markets, or entities.\nAssist Brand Finance teams with performance reviews, scenario analysis, and financial insights.\nPrepare full set of accounts in SAP working closely with respective functions in SSC and brand finance for month and year end reporting with a strong controllership mindset and ensure that the financials prepared comply with applicable accounting standards.\nPrepare monthly and yearly group reporting package in HFM after closure of accounts in SAP as per group closing timeline.\nPrepare balance sheet reconciliation package monthly to stakeholders to ensure that all open items are properly explained and tracked.\nPerform inventory control for SEAO/ANZ including month-end stock adjustments and sales-by-category reporting based on JDA data.\nMonitor inventory movements and reconcile retail sales timing vs stock outflow.\nSupport year-end and interim stock-take processes.\nManage all areas relating to year-end statutory reporting including Audits, Corporate tax and local regulatory required submissions (including preparation of audit schedules, financial statements, managing audit queries and issues).\nBrand Partnering & Stakeholder Coordination\nAct as daily contact point for assigned brands and markets.Coordinate across Retail Operations, Logistics, and Brand Finance on financial, inventory, or audit-related items.Work with Corporate Legal (HK) and corporate secretarial partners on filing matters.Collaborate with Shared Services teams across P2P, R2R, MDM and Tech for end-to-end issue resolution.Support various ad\nIntercompany & Recharges\nPrepare supporting documentation for intercompany billing and service recharges.Support logistics recharge flows between SSC and brandsEnsure proper GL coding, cost centre mapping, and approval routing for transactions.Coordinate with R2R and Treasury for payment alignment and audit evidence.\nSystems & Data Integrity\nMaintain data accuracy and consistency across financial systems (HFM, MRP, JDA, ERP).Support system changes, testing, dry-runs and issue resolution as required.Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal control procedures.\nContinuous Improvement\nContribute to process optimization across reporting, analytics, and month-end closing.Document SOPs, workflows, timelines, and cross-market processes to strengthen operational consistency.Support SEAO's initiatives on process harmonisation and closing calendar alignment.\nWho you are\nExperience, business and technical skills\nBachelor degree or above with the major in Finance/Accounting\nMinimum 3 years of commercial finance / multinational company working experience.\nGood in English written and oral.\nStrong people communications skill\nStrong sense of responsibility, detail oriented and high teamwork spirit\nSoft skills:\nRelevant Professional qualification \nSAP experiences\nRetail industry or consumer products industry is an advantage\nPassion for luxury and consumer products\nAdaptability to fast-paced change - internal and external\nBusiness Intelligence experience (PowerBI)\nWhy work with us?\nKering is committed to building a diverse workforce.
