Ensure HR administration activities comply with applicable Hong Kong and Macau employment regulations and local statutory requirements.\nMonitor relevant regulatory changes and update HR processes accordingly, escalating complex matters to Legal where required.\nAct as a preferred point of contact for employees and local HR teams\nData and tools management\nAnalyze, verify, and validate the information entered in Workday to ensure the reliability of the database\nManage employee cases and document administration through the Document Management System, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance\nWork closely with local HR teams to ensure data completeness\nTogether with the payroll team, ensure the alignment and consistency of employee data\nActivity follow-up\nRespond to requests from employees and local HR teams in compliance with SLAs\nContribute to the harmonization , standardization, and continuous improvement of HR operational processes across markets.\nSupport HR digitalization initiatives and system enhancements by identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and user experience\nSupport KPI monitoring, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency\nWho you are?\n3 to 5 years of experience in HR administration, or Shared Services environment, ideally in an international environment\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field\nGood working knowledge of legal obligations in HR administration, particularly Hong Kong and Macau employment regulations and statutory requirements.\nProven experience with an HRIS, ideally Workday;
