You will handle central warehouse inventory control, management, and financial evaluation. The activity will focus on the warehouse in Trecate (NO).\nHow you will contribute\nManage accounting warehouses master data and check their correct handling\nKnow and control the process that determines the average value of the items\nPrepare and share monthly warehouse movement and valuation reports with each Division\nKnow and monitor logistics flows in relation to supplier and customer orders, allocations, and the flow of goods on consignment\nCoordinate and align accounting warehouse with physical inventory data for cycle counts and year-end inventory and performance calculations\nCalculate the annual performance KPI of the warehouse keeping track of any discrepancy\nSupervise the flow and transfer of goods and accounting systems: document the charging and discharging of merchandise from the warehouse\nCarry out transactions to enable the sale of assets between ICO and IPO companies managed in Trecate\nCollaborate with warehouse staff to manage various operations\nAnalyze historical data and develop budgets and forecasts for Inbound and Stock on Hand\nDaily verification of consistency between Enterprise Resource Planning and Warehouse Management System data.\nWho you are\nYou have an academic background in economics or engineering fields\nYou are an individual with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a structured company\nYou are knowledgeable about accounting principles and best practices\nYou are proficient in using the Office Suite, the knowledge of SAP platform is a strong plus\nYou are an independent, flexible, and reliable team player with solid analytical and organizational skills\nA proactive person who can regularly meet tough deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks\nFluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken\nWhy work with us?\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth, and become part of a dynamic team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
