The Business Analyst gathers requirements; analyzes business, performance, trends, and KPI; highlights key data linked to qualitative feedback; identifies key opportunities for improvement; translates insights into actionable recommendations.\nThe role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive business value and support organizational objectives.\nHow you will contribute\nBusiness Analysis & Performance Monitoring\nCollect, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.\nMonitor and report on key business performance indicators (KPIs).\nDevelop dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.\nSupport decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analysis.\nRequirements Gathering & Stakeholder Management\nEngage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements.\nFacilitate workshops and meetings to gather and document business needs.\nTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.\nEnsure alignment between business expectations and project deliverables.\nProcess Improvement\nAnalyze existing business processes and identify areas for optimization.\nRecommend and support the implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.\nDocument process flows, procedures, and operating models.\nContribute to operational efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.\nProject Support\nSupport project planning, testing, implementation, and change management activities.\nTrack project progress and measure business benefits realization.\nAssist in risk assessment and mitigation planning.\nData & Reporting\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting tools.\nCollaborate with IT and data teams to improve reporting capabilities.\nSupport the development and enhancement of Business Intelligence solutions.\nWho you are\nGraduated in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Project Management, Operations, or a related analytical role.\nFluent in English, Italian is considered as a plus\nExperience working in cross-functional and international environments is preferred.\nExperience with business transformation or digital projects is a plus.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools.\nUnderstanding of ERP and CRM systems.\nStrong data analysis and reporting capabilities.\nKnowledge of project management methodologies and familiarity with process mapping and business modeling techniques.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.\nExcellent communication and presentation abilities.\nAttention to detail and organizational capability in a fast-paced environment.\nTeam player with a collaborative approach.\nWhy work with us?\nKering is committed to building a diverse workforce.
