Kering Korea HRSS팀의 Payroll Officer로서 임직원 급여 및 관련 업무를 정확하게 운영하고, 임직원에게 효과적인 HR 서비스를 제공합니다. 급여, 4대보험, 퇴직연금, 원천세 및 연말정산 관련 업무를 담당하며, 관련 세법 및 제도 변경 사항을 파악하고 업무에 반영하여 안정적인 Payroll 운영을 지원합니다.

How you will contribute

Payroll Management

• 월 급여 산출및 지급 업무
• 급여시스템의 급여 데이터확인 및 관리
• 급여시스템Interface 자료관리
• 입/퇴사자4대보험 취득, 상실신고
• 근로내용확인신고, 일용근로소득 지급명세서, 출산/육아휴직 급여신청 및4대보험 보수총액 신고

Payroll Closing & Labor Cost Management

• 월 급여 마감및 인건비 리포트작성
• 월 인건비 마감 후 PAYMAP 인건비 데이터 업로드 및 PAYMAP → SAC 데이터 전송
• 급여 데이터SAP Auto Posting
• 급여 및 인건비 데이터와 회계 데이터 간 대사 및 분석
• Finance 세무조정 및감사 관련 인건비, 급여자료 제공
• 세무 자문료, 급여시스템 사용료 등부서 관련 비용의 세금계산서 확인 및 비용처리

Retirement Pension Management

• 월 퇴직연금 기초자료 작성 및관리
• 연금사별 가입자 데이터제출 및 관련기관 커뮤니케이션

Withholding Tax & Year-end Tax Settlement

• 월 원천세 및지방소득세, 취업후 학자금상환 신고
• 퇴사자 중도정산
• 담당 브랜드 연말정산프로세스 관리 및아웃소싱 업체 데이터전달 및 결과 확인
• 지급명세서 및 근로소득간이지급명세서 신고
• 급여 및 세무관련 임직원 문의대응

Payroll System & Other Responsibilities

• Payroll 시스템 운영및 관리
• Workday, Excel을 활용한급여 데이터 관리및 분석
• 세법 및4대보험 관련 제도변경사항 확인 및업무 반영
• 재직/경력/소득 등 각종 증명서 발급
• 기타 Payroll 관련 업무

Who you are?

• Payroll 관련 분야4~7년의실무 경험
• 급여, 4대보험, 원천세 등Payroll 관련 실무 경험
• 출산/육아휴직 및관련 급여 신청업무 경험
• MS Office 활용 능력
• 숫자 및 데이터관리&분석 능력
• 인건비 관련 회계처리 및 마감업무에 대한 이해
• 회사 정책 및프로세스와 관련 법규를준수하는 업무 태도
• 정확하고 꼼꼼한 업무수행 능력 및책임감
• 임직원, 유관 부서및 외부 파트너와의원활한 커뮤니케이션 및협업 능력
• 급여 및 개인정보등 민감정보에 대한보안 의식
• 비즈니스 영어 활용가능자 우대
• Payroll 아웃소싱 또는다수 법인·브랜드의급여 업무 경험자우대
