Reporting to theHead of Tax, you will play a key role in supporting the Group's tax strategy across both domestic and international operations.You will act as a trusted partner to finance and business stakeholders, providing technicalexpertisewhile contributing to strategic projects in an ever-evolving international environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a global luxury Group and make a tangible impact on critical tax matters.\nHow you will contribute\nAs a Tax Manager, you will:\nProvide expert guidance on direct and indirect tax matters affecting the Group at both Italian and international levels.\nManage and review tax incentive programs and tax benefits, including Patent Box, VAT-related matters, R&D tax credits, and tax refunds.\nSupport Group companies during tax audits, assessments, inspections, and litigation-related matters, coordinating with external advisors when required.\nEnsure the delivery of high-quality tax services in line with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.\nParticipate in the preparation and review of tax returns and related compliance obligations.\nContribute to the budgeting, forecasting, and tax reporting processes for Group entities.\nIdentify, assess, and implement tax optimization opportunities while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.\nSupport the preparation and maintenance of Transfer Pricing documentation, including Country Files and intercompany pricing analyses, CBCR and Pilar II\nMonitor legislative developments and evaluate their impact on the Group's operations.\nCollaborate closely with Finance, Controlling, Legal, and external advisors on cross-functional and international projects.\nWho you are\nMaster's degree in Law, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nAdditional specialization or Master's degree in International Taxation is considered a strong plus.\nMinimum 8-10 years of relevant tax experience, gained within a multinational company, a leading consulting firm, or a combination of both.\nStrong expertise in corporate taxation, indirect taxes, international tax matters and transfer pricing\nSolid understanding of Italian tax legislation and its application within an international environment.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax reporting/compliance tools.\nAnalytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex topics with a pragmatic and business-focused approach.\nStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and autonomy.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly.\nFluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.\nWhy work with us?\nKering is committed to building a diverse workforce.
