In 2025, Kering employed 44,000 people and generated revenue of €14.7 billion.\nJob Description\nYour opportunity:\nResponsible for the administration and operational management of Treasury Services activities across APAC, including Bank Guarantee administration, Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) maintenance and In-Store Payment support. The role ensures timely execution of banking administration, compliance requirements and user access governance, and coordinates with banks, retail operations, finance teams and external service providers.\nOur Treasury Services team covers 10 countries across APAC; this role provides dedicated support for MY, SG, AU, NZ and TH and requires strong knowledge of these markets.\nReporting to the APAC Treasury & Payment Senior Manager, you will support Treasury activities across APAC (excluding China and Japan) for all brands, working closely with the Group Payment Manager, the regional banker and the Corporate Treasury team in Paris. The position is based in the Kering Malaysia Shared Service Office in Petaling Jaya.\nHow you will contribute:\n1. Bank Guarantee Administration\nManage the issuance, amendment, renewal, and cancellation of bank guarantees across APAC markets.\nLiaise with banks, landlords, Finance and business stakeholders on bank guarantee requests.\nMonitor guarantee expiry dates and ensure timely renewal or release actions.\nMaintain bank guarantee master tracker and supporting documentation.\nPerform monthly reconciliation of outstanding bank guarantees.\nPrepare reports on guarantee status, expiry schedules, and outstanding exposure.\nSupport lease-related projects by arranging bank guarantees for retail stores and offices.\nCoordinate the replacement of cash security deposits with bank guarantees where applicable.\n2. Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) Management\nMonitor daily bank statement delivery and completeness.\nInvestigate and resolve missing or failed statement transmissions.\nCoordinate with banks, SAP support teams and Finance users to resolve missing EBS issues.\nSupport the implementation of new bank accounts and entities that require automated bank statement integration.\nMaintain EBS documentation, bank format specifications and operational procedures.\n3. In-Store Payment Administration\nCoordinate payment terminal setup for new store openings, relocations, renovations and closures.\nSupport terminal applications and coordinate the return, replacement and termination of payment terminals for retail stores.\nLiaise with payment service providers, acquiring banks and retail operations teams on Merchant ID requests.\n4. Cash Management Support\nSupport the Cash Management team in executing bank-to-bank fund transfers across APAC entities upon request.\nPrepare loan application, rollover and settlement documentation, and obtain the required approvals from bank authorisers.\n5. Stakeholder Management\nAct as the primary coordination point between Treasury, Finance, Retail Operations, the Shared Service Centre, Legal, the SAP tech team, banking partners and payment providers.\nSupport APAC brands, including Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga and Kering, as well as other Group entities.\nEnsure timely response to, and resolution of, operational requests from business stakeholders.\nWho you are\nAcademic background: minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Banking.\n3-5 years’ experience in Corporate Treasury and Shared Services, preferably in an MNC environment.\nExcellent communication skills, with proficient business English and the ability to articulate ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally.\nProactive and effective in communicating with the brands, Internal Legal team and bank officers.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, with experience creating and using Microsoft Forms and Power Automate.\nA great teammate with a strong sense of ownership.\nStrong learning agility, with analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperienced user of bank portals, with a clear understanding of their workflows.\nInquisitive and collaborative with other functions.\nEssential behavioural traits: accountable, responsible, transparent and reliable.\nGood business acumen and an understanding of cross-functional interdependencies.\nExperience with Diapason and Treasury knowledge of SAP is a plus, but not mandatory.\nStrong administrative and coordination skills.\nAttention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple requests and deadlines.\nProcess-oriented with strong documentation discipline.\nWhy work with us?\nKering is committed to building a diverse workforce.
