In 2025, Kering employed 44,000 people and generated revenue of €14.7 billion.\nJob Description\nHow you will contribute\nDaily Operations:\nSupport the daily execution and monitoring of warehouse operations, with a focus on outbound, inventory control, returns, and related operational exceptions.\nPrepare and maintain operational KPI reports, including SLAs, productivity, quality, and stock accuracy. Highlight gaps and provide timely updates to the Manager.\nTrack operational and system-related issues, collect relevant information, coordinate follow-up with the 3PL and internal teams, and escalate risks or delays when required.\nSupport stock monitoring, inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, discrepancy follow-up, inventory adjustments, revalorization, and recycling activities.\nCoordinate day-to-day priorities with Brands, the 3PL, and relevant internal teams under the direction of the Manager to support smooth execution.\nSupport special operational requests, including store openings or closures, events, employee sales, new collection launches, and urgent warehouse requests.\nundefined\nOperations stabilization\nSupport the review, documentation, and update of Standard Operating Procedures with the 3PL.\nMaintain action trackers for agreed 3PL improvement plans, follow up on due dates and evidence of completion, and escalate overdue actions to the Manager.\nParticipate in regular operational routines and GEMBA walks with the 3PL, record issues and actions, and follow up on agreed countermeasures.\nSupport process testing, operational stabilization, and implementation of updated SOPs and working instructions following the warehouse transition.\nIdentify practical improvement opportunities, contribute to root-cause analysis, and support the implementation and follow-up of approved corrective actions.\nWho you are\nRequired Skills and Experience\n3- 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a comparable operational environment. Experience working with a 3PL is a plus.\nHands-on experience coordinating operational tasks, maintaining action trackers, and following up with internal or external partners.\nGood analytical skills, with the ability to review operational data, identify exceptions, and prepare clear status updates.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in logistics, supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.\nGood proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
