Through your experience and expertise, you will be a role model to the team and actively support the store management with activities as required.\nProvide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening and assisting clients in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of AMQ history and heritage \nProactively seize all cross-selling opportunities, utilizing all product categories available in the store \nMaintain and develop Client relationships through a custom-made approach and with the support of CRM and digital tools to strengthen Client loyalty \nEngage with Clients on general trends in the fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products \nBe driven to exceed individual financial targets and maximize own sales performances contributing to the success of the entire store \nFoster open and constructive communication with team members, taking a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions when needed.
