Pomellato is part of Kering, a global luxury group, managing the development of a series of renowned houses in the sectors of fashion, leather goods, jewellery and watches.\nYour opportunity\nWe are currently looking for a Senior Client Advisor who will report to the City Manager as a part of our team based in Paris.\nHow will you contribute\nBuild and nurture long-term relationships with local and international clients, with a particular focus on top and high-potential clients\nProactively recruit new clients and contribute to the boutique's client development strategy\nAct as a role model in clienteling activities, CRM usage and follow-up actions\nConsistently achieve individual sales objectives while contributing to the overall boutique performance\nLeverage strong product and market knowledge to maximize business opportunities and deliver a differentiated client experience\nSupport the team by sharing best practices in sales techniques, storytelling and client engagement\nAct as a reference point for complex client requests, bespoke inquiries and after-sales situations\nContribute positively to team collaboration and foster a culture of excellence and client centricity\nWho you are\nProven track record in luxury retail sales, with strong clienteling skills and experience managing high-value clients.\nStrong commercial mindset and ability to drive sales performance while delivering an exceptional client experience.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, acting as a role model through expertise and professionalism.\nEntrepreneurial, proactive and team-oriented approach.\nFluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.\nGood knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and CRM tools\nWhy work with us?\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team with an unconventional brand that offers possibilities to learn and grow.
