You will also control the overall project schedules while keeping key consultants on track for the store Turnover and Opening. You will be responsible for the successful execution of assigned projects across both retail and wholesale channels for the growing portfolio of Saint Laurent boutiques while respecting the Saint Laurent concept guidelines.\nMISSION\nCollaborate with HQ Design Department on Store Design and Development\nSupervise and coordinate all architectural and construction activities involved with the renovation or creation of a new store\nPrepare feasibility studies to evaluate location constructability. Value Engineer for budget and time savings\nCollaborate with Finance Dept. to review and reconcile budgets\nCollaborate with Legal Dept. to review and negotiate construction contracts\nBid, level, negotiate and award the General Contractor and Millworker\nNegotiate proposals with key consultants\nVisit construction sites and prepare progress reports to ensure quality of construction scope and millwork installation.\nCreate punch list and ensure timely completion of all outstanding work.\nCollaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth turnover and opening\nCollect all necessary close out documents required for Tenant Allowances\nInterface with wholesale corporate and wholesale partners to coordinate shop in shop installations and retrofits\nProject record keeping, archiving, managing and procuring all owner furnished items\nSupport the LEED program and other sustainability initiatives\nPROFILE\nArchitectural, Interior Design or Construction Management Background\nStrong Negotiation Skills\nStrong Communication Skills\nAutonomy in decision making with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability\nProven track record of delivering high quality construction projects with attention to detail\nKnowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, WordStrong knowledge in AutoCAD, Microsoft Projects and Excel\n5-7 years project management, construction or architectural experience \nA reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $125,000.00 - $130,000.00 plus bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and a retirement plan with employer contributions.\nSaint Laurent is committed to building a diverse workforce.
