This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who is deeply comfortable across the stack-from frontend experiences to backend services and infrastructure-and who takes equal pride in writing high-quality code and raising the bar for the entire engineering team.\nYou will serve as a technical leader and mentor, ensuring that junior and mid-level engineers produce maintainable, performant, and secure code aligned with our standards and best practices.\nResponsibilities:\nFull-Stack Development\nBuild and maintain backend services using TypeScript and Python\nDevelop modern frontend applications using contemporary JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks\nDesign and consume RESTful and real-time APIs, with a strong understanding of HTTP, WebSockets, and related web protocols\nImplement efficient algorithms and data structures to solve performance-critical problems\nIdentify and proactively address technical debt\nCode Quality & Best Practices\nEstablish and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and review processes\nPerform thorough code reviews with an emphasis on clarity, correctness, performance, and maintainability\nAdvocate for and implement best practices around:\nVersion control and branching strategies\nAutomated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end)\nDocumentation and knowledge sharing\nInfrastructure & Systems Thinking\nContribute to and review Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform\nCollaborate on cloud-based architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows\nEnsure systems are observable, reliable, and operable in of professional software engineering experience, including senior-level responsibilities\nStrong proficiency in TypeScript and Python\nDeep understanding of:\nWeb application architectures\nClient-server communication and web protocols\nData structures and algorithms\nExperience building and maintaining production-grade frontend and backend systems\nSolid knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code and cloud-based systems\nProven ability to lead by influence, mentor others, and uphold engineering standards\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in fast-moving or scaling engineering teams\nExperience with containerized workloads and orchestration platforms\nStrong written and verbal
