Ви працюватимете з on-prem LLM-стеком, GPU-інфраструктурою, RAG, автоматизацією процесів кібербезпеки та захистом AI-рішень.\n\nЩо потрібно робити\n\nРозгортати й підтримувати локальний LLM-стек: Ollama, vLLM, RAG, vector databases, embeddings.\n\nБудувати document-processing pipelines: parsing, chunking, sanitisation та indexing.\n\nПрофілювати й оптимізувати inference на GPU.\n\nЗабезпечувати моніторинг, доступність і резервне копіювання AI-сервісів.\n\nСтворювати внутрішні сервіси на Python, інтегрувати їх через REST API та розвивати CI/CD.\n\nАвтоматизувати SOC-процеси й інтеграції з EDR, SIEM, Microsoft 365 та Entra ID.\n\nНалаштовувати доступи до моделей і даних, логування та розмежування середовищ.\n\nПрацювати із загрозами для LLM, shadow AI та оцінкою ризиків нових AI-рішень.\n\nНаші очікування\n\nStrong Python: asyncio, REST API, service development, testing.\n\nLinux, Docker, Git, CI/CD та базове розуміння Kubernetes.\n\nПрактичний досвід із локальним inference, RAG, векторними базами даних і prompt engineering.\n\nРозуміння authentication, access control, segmentation, logging та принципів роботи з sensitive data.\n\nСамостійність у роботі з документацією, незнайомими API та чужим кодом.\n\nАнглійська на рівні читання технічної документації.\n\nNice to have: NVIDIA CUDA/NIM/Triton, GPU clusters, model quantisation, LangChain,
