Repair and make changes as required\nConnect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components\nInspect and test electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the needed changes or repairs to ensure performance and safety of systems\nEnsure electrical systems meet local, regional and national standards for safety\nNavigate and understand PLC programs and component communication protocols\nTrain and mentor other maintenance team members in electrical, automation and control systems\nUse the appropriate hand tools and power tools to disassemble and reassemble manufacturing equipment\nInspect, maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems and manufacturing equipment\nOperate work vehicles such as forklift, scissor lift, articulating lift, etc.\nManage projects, understand internal customer requirements and communicate with suppliers to secure needed parts\nQualifications and skills\nQualifications and skills\n5+ years of experience with industrial electrical systems\nAbility to manage electrical/controls projects\nAbility to troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and devices\nAbility to design and install new electrical control systems\nAbility to read and understand PLC programs. Progamming will be a plus. HMDI and HMI a plus. Responsible for VFD set up.\nAbility to operate hand tools and power tools\nAbility to troubleshoot mechanical systems\nAbility to train and mentor other team members on electrical and control systems\nAbility to communicate clearly with Kerry team members and contractors\nThe pay range for this position is $38 - $42 per hour. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
