About the role

Como Customer Care Specialist, serás el punto de contacto clave entre nuestros clientes y los equipos internos de Kerry. Estarás involucrado en la gestión de órdenes, seguimiento de solicitudes, resolución de incidencias y coordinación con áreas como Supply Chain, Logística y Comercial para garantizar una experiencia excepcional al cliente.

Key responsibilities

Atender y dar seguimiento a solicitudes de clientes de Norteamérica.

Gestionar órdenes y asegurar una comunicación efectiva con diferentes áreas.

Resolver problemas de manera ágil y eficiente.

Colaborar con equipos globales en un entorno dinámico.

Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos.

Desarrollar experiencia en Customer Service y operaciones internacionales.

Qualifications and skills

  • Talento con experiencia inicial.
  • Inglés avanzado (indispensable).
  • Interés o experiencia en Customer Service, Supply Chain o Procurement.
  • Excelente actitud, comunicación y ganas de aprender.
  • SAP es un plus
