Demonstrate your potential during your internship and your application for our Graduate Programme will be fast-tracked.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nAs an Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Intern based in Zwijndrecht, you’ll support the EHS team with practical safety and environmental activities across our manufacturing site. You’ll gain hands-on experience in an international production environment where safety, quality and environmental responsibility are central to how we operate.\nSupporting Risk Inventories & Evaluations (RI&Es) and Task Risk Analyses (TRAs).\nIdentifying high-risk activities and supporting risk assessments for contractors and maintenance work.\nJoining safety walks and workplace inspections across the factory and production environment.\nSupporting incident investigations and analyses, and helping identify practical preventive actions.\nContributing to safety advice and improvement measures on the shop floor.\nUpdating safety documentation, procedures and records.\nSupporting toolbox talks and initiatives that build safety awareness.\nSpotting opportunities to improve safety and environmental performance.\nWorking with operators, contractors and supervisors to support safe ways of working.\nSupporting compliance with Dutch occupational health and safety legislation and Kerry’s internal standards.\nFollowing up on actions arising from audits and inspections.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nYou don’t need to have it all figured out.
