A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.\nAbout the role\nWork Location : Batangas\nReporting to : Engineering Supervisor\nKey responsibilities\nEnsures normal and continuous supply of engineering utilities and availability of equipment and facilities to support production needs\nEnsures condition-based, corrective, and preventive maintenance of equipment, utilities, facilities and auxiliaries are carried out to prevent breakdowns.\nImplements the preventive maintenance according to correct procedures, frequency, and quality to ensure its effectiveness and efficient delivery meet the KPIs.\nSupports the plant’s energy and water conservation program in line with the plant’s sustainability KPI\nResolves and troubleshoot production downtime, and equipment and utility failure. Develop a plan and timeline to eliminate emergency repair work\nEnsures that the spare parts inventory and maintenance library is secure, updated and well kept.\nMakes sure all plant equipment maintenance records are accurate and up to date\nHelps ensure the reliability, functionality and on time calibration, repair, programming of process equipment and process utilities.\nHelps in overseeing all contractors under engineering control.\nPerform other tasks and special assignments as requested by the Engineering and Maintenance Manager and Supervisor\nQualifications and skills\nBachelor’s/ College Degree, Technology, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic) or Equivalent Professional License(Passed Board/ Professional Licensure Exam) \nTechnical Skills\nInstrumentation and Control Systems Competency\nProficient in process instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters)\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of PLC systems, and ability to perform troubleshooting and diagnostics\nExperience in I/O checking, signal tracing, and fault isolationFamiliarity with automation networks (Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP)\n\nElectrical Systems Competency\nStrong knowledge industrial electrical systems\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and wiring diagrams\nHands-on experience in motor control systems\nSkilled in troubleshooting electrical faults\nCompetency\nGood foundation in HVAC, WWTP, Water Treatment, Boilers, Compressors, Power Systems\nKnowledgeable in Maintenance best practices and CMMS/SAP systems to assist in delivering same.\n5+ years experience in a similar role\nCAD and programming skills are a plus\nDemonstrates strong commitment to workplace safety and food safety culture\nTakes full responsibility for assigned tasks\nDemonstrates respect and cooperation with teammates\nGood communication skills for coordination with production, engineering, and QA teams\nBeware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
