You will also act as a key point of contact for customs brokers and regulatory bodies, ensuring that all activities meet global compliance standards.\nThis is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment, brings structure to complexity and is confident in driving continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nExport oversight - Manage all export processes for shipments to the US, UK, APMEA and other global destinations.\nRegulatory compliance - Ensure adherence to regional and country-specific regulations, documentation standards and customs requirements.\nCross-functional collaboration - Work closely with Customer Care, Export teams, planners and transportation teams.\nContinuous improvement - Identify opportunities to enhance processes, documentation flow and operational efficiency.\nERP data accuracy - Maintain accurate data in SAP or equivalent ERP systems, ensuring high-quality transactional execution.\nExternal stakeholder management - Serve as a key point of contact for customs brokers, logistics partners and regulatory authorities.\nQualifications and skills\nMinimum 1 years of experience in export/import operations (any country)\nAn understanding or interest of global import/export requirements, including US, UK and APMEA markets.\nAbility to manage high volumes of orders and documentation with accuracy and speed.Effective communicator and collaborator, able to coordinate and lead cross-functional initiatives.\nComfortable with direct communication, proactive problem-solving and escalating issues when needed.\nSolid understanding of stakeholder management in a complex operational environment.Minimum 6 months of experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system.\nDutch language is not required.\nAbout Kerry\nKerry is the world's leading taste and nutrition company for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
