This role ensures maintenance activities are effectively planned, scheduled, and executed through SAP PM, improving equipment availability, maintenance performance, and operational efficiency.\nThe position works closely with Operations, FSQ, and Maintenance teams to support asset reliability, maintenance backlog control, preventive maintenance compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nKey responsibilities\nDevelop, schedule, and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance plans using SAP PM.\nCreate and maintain equipment structures, maintenance plans, and asset information within SAP.\nManage maintenance work orders and maintenance backlog to support operational priorities.\nMonitor and analyze maintenance KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, schedule compliance, and backlog performance.\nCoordinate maintenance resource requirements, including spare parts, tools, permits, and work instructions.\nSupport shutdown planning and maintenance execution activities.\nGenerate maintenance reports and performance analyses to support decision making.\nSupport reliability improvement and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.\nQualifications and skills\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.\n3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance planning within manufacturing environments.\nExperience in food, beverage, consumer goods, or similar manufacturing industries.\nAdvanced knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance module).\nExperience managing preventive maintenance programs and maintenance work order workflows.\nExperience creating maintenance plans, equipment structures, and asset records.\nKnowledge of maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and backlog management.\nUnderstanding of spare parts planning and maintenance inventory management.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nEnglish is
