The days and hours are Monday - Friday, 10:00PM - 6:00AM. \nAs a Maintenance Lead you’ll work with the Maintenance team to complete building repairs, equipment installation, troubleshooting and installation, fulfilment of assigned work orders and unforeseen repairs in a timely fashion. You’ll follow good manufacturing practices to maintain inventory, preventative maintenance, good housekeeping and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental laws and regulations. If this is something you’re passionate about also, this could be your next great opportunity!\nImportant areas of operations you’ll work on (but are not limited to):\nClean and lubricate shafts, bearing, gears, and other parts of machinery\nInstall and maintain pipe systems, hydraulic steam, pneumatic equipment\nRepair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and other related equipment\nBuilding maintenance including minor plumbing, welding, and general upkeep\nTroubleshoot and repair machinery such as extruders, mixers, conveyors, and metal detectors\nRepair and assess electrical issues as they arise\nWhat You'll Need To Be Successful And Safe\n5-10 years of maintenance mechanic experience, in the food industrial and/or bakery work environment preferred.\nHigh school diploma or GED is required; Apprenticeship or applicable certifications preferred\nPossess and demonstrate basic technical knowledge of some or all of the following:\nStainless Steel Welding/Fabrication\nExperience in high-speed packaging, welding, refrigeration (ammonia) and mechanical power transmission\nExperience with and ability to use all types of welding, cutting, machine, and hand tools\nPLC’s (Programmable logic controllers) - a plus\nProcess control instrumentation\nProcess equipment\nPersonal Computing\nKerry is an equal opportunity employer.
