The role combines SAP SuccessFactors, payroll and time data, data quality, reconciliation, ETL and stakeholder management.\nThe successful candidate will help ensure that employee and HR data is accurate, complete, secure and fit for payroll and time-processing requirements across multiple countries.\nKey responsibilities\nSAP SuccessFactors Data Extraction:\nExtract employee and HR data from SAP SuccessFactors using Report Centre, Canvas Reports, Stories and other relevant reporting capabilities.\nUnderstand the structure, meaning and dependencies of SuccessFactors data.\nHandle employee data in accordance with data privacy, security, confidentiality and access-control requirements.\nPrepare datasets for payroll, Time & Attendance reconciliation and implementation activities.\nData Extraction, Transformation & Loading (ETL):\nExtract relevant datasets from SuccessFactors, payroll, Time & Attendance and other project sources.\nTransform and standardise data so that datasets can be compared consistently.\nCompare data against current country-specific payroll and time information.\nIdentify and flag missing data, discrepancies, inconsistent values, data-quality issues and country-specific exceptions.\nApply global definitions and country-specific business rules.\nDevelop repeatable and reusable processes that can be applied across multiple countries and project phases.\nPayroll & Time Data Reconciliation:\nPerform systematic reconciliation between HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance data.\nUnderstand whether differences represent genuine data issues, legitimate country variations, transformation rules or process/system differences.\nSupport data cleansing and validate corrections.\nMaintain controls supporting reconciliation, auditability, exception management and continuous data-quality validation.\nAnalysis & Risk Management:\nAnalyse large datasets and identify potential implementation, payroll or time-processing risks early.\nInvestigate discrepancies and support root-cause analysis.\nAssess the potential business impact of data issues.\nCommunicate status, risks, issues, dependencies and required actions as soon as they arise.\nHelp prioritise issues according to payroll, time and implementation impact.\nStakeholder Management:\nWork with global and country Payroll, Time & Attendance, HR, HRIS, IT, Data and SME teams.\nProvide concise and clear progress, risk and issue updates.\nPromote teamwork and coordinate the right SMEs to resolve issues.\nEscalate material risks and blockers appropriately while maintaining a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.\nWork effectively across countries, cultures and time zones.\nData Tools & Automation:\nExperience with one or more of the following is desirable: Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, advanced Excel or equivalent ETL/data-management tools.\nThe role does not require a software developer.
