This position will participate in laboratory, pilot plant, and industrial-scale activities, contributing to enzyme and protein production and recovery processes while supporting process improvement initiatives.\nKey responsibilities\nSupport fermentation projects related to process development and optimization.\nExecute and document experiments at laboratory, pilot plant, and industrial scales.\nContribute to enzyme, protein, and other bioprocess production and recovery activities.\nAnalyze data and experimental results to support process improvements.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, and Laboratory teams.\nQualifications and skills\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Biotechnology Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or other related disciplines.\nStrong academic background in bioprocesses, fermentation, or biotechnology.\nExperience\nEntry-level or recent graduate profile.\nInternship, co-op, academic laboratory, or university project experience will be considered relevant experience.\nTechnical Knowledge\nUnderstanding of fermentation and bioprocess fundamentals.\nKnowledge of enzyme and protein production or recovery processes.\nStatistical analysis and data interpretation skills.\nExperience using statistical software such as Minitab or equivalent tools is preferred.\nIntermediate to advanced English Requirements\nAvailability to work rotating shifts, including second and third shifts as required by operational needs.\nFlexibility to work weekends when necessary.\nWillingness to occasionally travel to other company sites or laboratories.\nSpecialized technical training will be provided
