As a Production Operator, you’ll run and monitor production equipment keeping lines moving efficiently while meeting Kerry’s high standards. This may include setting up equipment, monitoring quality, troubleshooting minor issues, supporting changeovers, and keeping your work area clean and organized. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes working with machines, solving problems, and being part of a team that produces high-quality products every day.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nOperate and monitor production equipment in accordance with safety, quality, and production standards\nControl processes using automated systems to maintain product specifications\nAccurately complete production and operational documentation\nHandle and move product, including loading operations and use of material handling equipment\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment\nWork Environment may include:\nTemperatures averaging 90°F+\nHigh humidity (up to 100%)\nUse of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirators\nSchedule: Four (4) consecutive days, twelve (12) hours per day, followed by Four (4) consecutive days off.\nWhat You'll Need to Succeed:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required (over 18 years of age)\nExperience in manufacturing, food production, or quality environments\nPhysical agility and ability to stand throughout shift, walk, climb, twist and lift (up to 50 lbs.)\nAbility to work with smell of smoke in environment (similar to camp fire).\nReliable attendance is important for team operations.\nMust be self-motivated and conscientious.\nAbility to collaborate and communicate effectively with a team.\nMechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems.\nUse of MS products, Excel and SAP software preferred.\nKnowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety systems helpful.\nWhat We Offer:\nThe hiring rate for this position is $22.00 per hour.
