You'll engage with internal and external clients, develop talent, and collaborate across the organization to maximize value. This role is essential for fostering a culture of excellence, safety and continuous improvement within the company. You'll spend 75% of your time on the production floor and interacting with cross functional teams to anticipate challenges and take action to maximize quality and efficiencies.\nResponsibilities include:\nLead and develop a team of 15-35 production employees.\nFoster a Safety First, Quality Always culture.\nDrive daily production performance, schedule attainment, and labor efficiency.\nCoach, mentor, and develop employees through ongoing feedback and performance management.\nEnsure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, BRC, and company safety standards.\nPartner with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Safety teams to resolve issues and improve performance.\nLead Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and 5S initiatives.\nMonitor and improve key performance indicators related to safety, quality, productivity, and cost.\nMaintain accurate production reporting and inventory controls using SAP and other systems.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Business, or related field preferred.\n3+ years of leadership experience in food, beverage, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.\nExperience leading and developing hourly production teams.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.\nUnderstanding of HACCP, GMP, SQF, BRC, and food safety systems.\nStrong technical, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience using SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.\nWhat We Offer:\nThe hiring range for this position is $63,600. - $95,400. in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and location.
