We currently employ around 165 employees. We are a part of the Evansville Local Labor union 561.\nCompensation Data\nThe pay range for this position is $63,000 to 95,400 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. All candidate assessments and employment decisions are made by human recruitment and leadership teams.\nWhat You'll Do\nEfficiently execute the production schedule.\nDevelop and maintain effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with site engineers.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory and company standards.\nManage the production department budget.\nCollaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) officer to ensure a safe workplace.\nEnsure products are manufactured to specification and minimize losses.\nMonitor and manage performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\nWhat You Need To Be Successful\nA four year degree preferred in engineering, food technology or business\n2 to 5 years experience in a food plant or related industry.
