For the first 2 months roughly, you will be trained in the day (6:30am to 3:00pm) and help with building the team.\nWhat you'll do:\nEfficiently execute the production schedule\nDevelop and maintain efficient SOPs in collaboration with the site engineers\nDevelop and maintain qualified personnel within the plant production department\nCommunicate and enforce regulatory & Kerry standards within the plant\nDrive operational efficiency initiatives\nManage the plant production department within budget.\nPositive working environment driving a continuous improvement theme\nWork in collaboration with HSE officer to ensure a safe working environment\nResponsible for manufacturing product to specification\nResponsible for minimizing losses\nEnsure food safety programs are instituted and followed\nManagement through KPIs\nWhat you'll need to be successful:\nBS/MS in Engineering, Business, Food Science \nAnalytical skills.\nContinuous improvement understanding.\nThorough understanding of unit of operations.\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing methodology. \nHACCP/food safety experience\nExperience in food, chemical, or Pharmaceutical industry\nCommunication and interpersonal skills.\nTeam leadership and development.\nSkills in motivating, coaching & influencing others.\nProblem solving.\nCompensation Data\nThe pay range for this position is $68,000 - $91,000 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
