The role leads complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation and value realization, providing the direction, governance and leadership required to deliver sustainable business outcomes.\nWorking across functions, sites and leadership teams, the Project Lead creates alignment, drives accountability, removes barriers and ensures risks, decisions and dependencies are actively managed. This is a delivery leadership position with responsibility for business outcomes, stakeholder confidence and organizational change.\nKey responsibilities\n1. Lead Strategic Project Delivery\nOwn assigned initiatives from definition through implementation, stabilization and closure.\nTranslate business priorities into clear scope, outcomes, success measures, governance and integrated delivery plans.\nBalance scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and resource constraints while protecting the intended business outcome.\nMaintain momentum through timely decisions, disciplined follow-up and clear accountability.\n2. Provide Business Leadership\nConnect project decisions to Kerry’s broader strategic, operational and financial objectives.\nChallenge assumptions constructively and bring forward fact-based recommendations and trade-offs.\nCreate clarity in ambiguous situations and help leaders focus on the few actions and decisions that matter most.\nLead through influence across a matrixed organization, without relying on positional authority.\n3. Establish Governance and Executive Visibility\nEstablish fit-for-purpose project governance, decision rights, team routines and escalation paths.\nLead project team and steering committee discussions with clear objectives, decisions and actions.\nProvide concise, transparent reporting on progress, value, risks, issues, dependencies and leadership requests.\nEscalate critical barriers early, with a clear assessment of impact and recommended mitigation.\n4. Drive Stakeholder Alignment and Change\nBuild alignment across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, RD&A, Procurement, Quality, IT and other enabling functions.\nEngage sponsors, business owners and impacted teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nAnticipate resistance, clarify impacts and establish practical change, adoption and communication plans.\nEnsure ownership transfers effectively to the business and improvements are sustained after implementation.\n5. Manage Value, Financials and Performance\nPartner with Finance and business owners to develop and maintain credible business cases.\nMonitor project budgets, forecasts, commitments and approved financial and non-financial benefits.\nEnsure value realization measures are defined, tracked and owned by the business.\nUse data and performance indicators to identify trends, test assumptions and drive corrective action.\n6. Strengthen PMO Capability\nApply Kerry PMO methodology, tools, templates and delivery standards consistently.\nCoach project team members and business partners in practical project leadership and execution disciplines.\nLead post-implementation reviews and convert lessons learned into reusable playbooks and improved standards.\nContribute to portfolio-level prioritization, resource discussions and continuous improvement of the PMO.\nQualifications and skills\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, Finance, Information Systems or a related discipline.\nDemonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition through implementation and value realization.\nExperience working across functions and organizational levels in a matrixed environment. Manufacturing, operations, supply chain, capital delivery or transformation experience is preferred.\nFormal project management training and strong command of project planning, governance, reporting, risk management and collaboration tools.\nPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or comparable certification is preferred.\nThe typical base salary hiring range for this role is $88,100 to $144,800 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).\nKerry is an equal opportunity employer.
