This role will serve as a key technical expert, partnering with strategic customers and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships.\nThe ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in beer and alcoholic beverage development, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to lead complex projects from concept through commercialization.\nKey responsibilities\nLead the development and application of innovative solutions for alcoholic beverages, with a strong focus on beer-based categories.\nDrive product innovation, formulation design, optimization, and commercialization projects.\nPartner directly with strategic customers to understand business needs and present technical solutions.\nLead projects from concept through industrial scale-up, validation, and launch.\nProvide technical support during pilot trials, plant trials, and commercialization activities.\nAnalyze physical, chemical, sensory, and shelf-life data to support product development.\nCollaborate closely with Commercial, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams.\nIdentify growth opportunities and contribute to new business development initiatives.\nServe as a technical mentor and thought leader within the organization.\nInfluence stakeholders across functions without direct reporting authority.\nQualifications and skills\nBachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 10 years of experience within the food and beverage industry.\nStrong expertise in Alcoholic Beverages, particularly:Beer\nFlavored Beer\nCheladas\nRTDs\nHard Seltzers\nSpirits & Mixers\nMalt-Based Beverages\nFermented Beverage Applications\n\nExperience managing innovation and commercialization projects.\nProven success working directly with strategic customers.\nExperience leading complex technical programs and cross-functional teams.\nAdvanced English proficiency required.\nExperience with Constellation Brands or similar beer-focused customers is highly
