You will work closely with regional and local cross-functional teams, leveraging Kerry’s broad technology portfolio to deliver impactful solutions to customers and drive sustainable business growth.\nKey responsibilities\nDrive sustainable and profitable growth across assigned key accounts by leveraging Kerry’s extensive Taste and Nutrition capabilities.\nBuild and strengthen strategic partnerships with leading food and beverage customers across the Philippines market.\nDevelop a strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive activity to identify new commercial opportunities.\nTranslate customer and market insights into commercially viable innovation projects and tailored solutions.\nIdentify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining a healthy pipeline across both existing and prospective customers.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including RD&A, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.\nLead proactive customer engagement initiatives and innovation campaigns that create meaningful value and strengthen Kerry’s market presence.\nPosition Kerry as the preferred strategic Taste and Nutrition partner within the Philippines food and beverage industry.\nQualifications and skills\nBachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Food Science, Marketing, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 15-18 years of commercial, key account management, or business development experience within the food ingredients, food & beverage, or FMCG industry.\nStrong understanding of the Philippines food and beverage market, particularly within the Taste category;
