Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of our business processes and the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our digital transformation, business functions and users needs.\nWork Location : Malaysia - 1 Powerhouse PJ ( 5 mins walk from Bandar Utama MRT Station)\nReporting to : ServiceNow Platform Manager\nWorking hours : 2PM to 11PM\nKey responsibilities\nDevelop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.\nDevelopment and implementation of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, SPM, APO, Enterprise Risk Management, Automation hub and ITOM.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.\nIntegrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services.\nPerform regular updates and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.\nEnsure the security and compliance of the ServiceNow platform.\nProvide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.\nStay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.\nQualifications and skills\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nOversee the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, SPM, APO, Enterprise Risk Management, Automation hub and ITOM.\n3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nCertification in ServiceNow System Administration or ServiceNow Implementation.\nExperience with Agile methodologies and Scrum Master certification\nKnowledge of artificial intelligence and its application in business process automation.\nPreferred Skills\nServiceNow System Administration certification.\nExperience with Agile methodologies and Scrum.\nExperience in ITSM and HRSD is a must.\nBeware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
