Leading a team across shift patterns, you'll ensure materials are received, stored and delivered accurately to support production and customer requirements. You'll take ownership of inventory accuracy, drive high standards in safety, quality and compliance, and use SAP to maintain effective stock control and traceability.\nYou'll be a visible leader on the warehouse floor, coaching and developing your team, coordinating daily activities, solving operational challenges and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Working closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, Production, Quality and Transport, you'll help deliver excellent service while creating a positive, high-performing team culture.\nWhat do you need to be successful?\nWe're looking for a hands-on leader with experience in a warehouse, stores or supply chain environment who can motivate teams and thrive in a fast-paced operation. You'll have strong knowledge of warehouse processes, stock control and inventory management, along with experience using SAP or similar systems.\nYou'll be an excellent communicator with strong organisational and problem-solving skills, capable of managing priorities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and service.
