eficiente del programa de producción mediante la administración de recursos, personal y materiales, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad, inocuidad y productividad de la operación.\nKey responsibilities\nSupervisar equipos operativos de entre 11 y 30 colaboradores por turno. \nAsegurar el cumplimiento del plan de producción y la correcta ejecución de las operaciones. \nGestionar indicadores de desempeño relacionados con productividad, calidad y seguridad. \nDar seguimiento al cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura, uso de EPP y requisitos de inocuidad. \nAdministrar actividades de mejora continua y análisis de procesos. \nGestionar actividades administrativas como control de asistencia, vacaciones, horas trabajadas, cierre de órdenes en SAP y seguimiento de acciones en Intelex. \nElaborar reportes operativos y asegurar la correcta documentación de los procesos. \nQualifications and skills\nLicenciatura o Ingeniería concluida, o con cierre de pensum próximo. \nExperiencia previa supervisando equipos de producción en ambientes de manufactura. \nExperiencia en industria alimenticia deseable. \nConocimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM). \nManejo de SAP indispensable. \nConocimientos de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.\nDisponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos. \nInglés intermedio deseable. \nDeseable experiencia previa trabajando en esquemas de rotación de
