If you’re looking to move into a more cross functional Supply Chain role, then this could be the opportunity for you.\nWe’re looking for someone who is passionate about all things Supply Chain, this person will show commitment and drive to continuously improving sites processes and their own ways of working. You will also show resilience and determination to seek out and meet challenges!\nThis is a fully site based role and applying candiates should be within a reasonable commutiable distance.\nKey responsibilities\nReview production requirements each week and schedule production in the most efficient way possible to meet customer demand.\nReview conformance to production schedule each day and re-prioritise production requirements to maintain customer supply.\nCommunicate with Customer Care issues relating to customer supply.\nRequest for ‘special deliveries’ / concessions and completion of relevant paperwork\nMaintenance of plan change costs and reporting\nUnderstanding trial production requirements each week\nMaintenance of SAP system for open process orders and shipping master data\nManaging daily materials availability with call off team.\nWeekly maintenance of KPI reporting\nTransport planning daily tasks and cover as required.\nCreation of deliveries in SAP for transport, contact with approved logistics providers ensuring timely delivery to the customer location.\nQualifications and skills\nExperience in a Supply Chain role within the food industry would be beneficial\nExcellent computer literacy (MS Office, email, PowerPoint)\nExperience in working with SAP/ERP system in a manufacturing context, APICS/IPICS/CIPS qualification would be an advantage.\nActively listens and shares information and knowledge with others in a timely manner\nPlans, organises and prioritises resources and activities, achieving results through optimal approaches\nDemonstrates the flexibility and adaptability to be successful in a changing environment\nProactively seeks and is open to alternative ideas and approaches\nDevelops relationships inside and outside the organisation to enhance personal and company effectiveness.\nWhy Kerry?\nIn Kerry we benefit from the knowledge of our colleagues who bring a diverse range of cultures, backgrounds, lifestyles, and experiences.
