The role supports supply planning, production scheduling, inventory management, customer service, and operational execution while improving service, inventory, and cost performance.\nKey responsibilities\nPlanning & Supply Management\nDevelop and maintain supply plans aligned with customer demand and inventory targets.\nMonitor inventory and recommend actions to prevent shortages, excess, or obsolescence.\nCoordinate production requirements and schedules with manufacturing teams.\nManage replenishment plans and material requirements.\nSupport the S&OP process through analysis, scenario evaluation, and reporting.\nCustomer Service & OTIF Delivery\nSupport on-time, in-full fulfillment of customer orders.\nMonitor service performance and proactively address supply constraints.\nCommunicate supply risks, trade-offs, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.\nInventory & Working Capital Management\nMaintain inventory within agreed targets while protecting customer service.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce inventory and improve working capital.\nAnalyze slow-moving and obsolete inventory and coordinate corrective actions.\nSupplier & Logistics Coordination\nCollaborate with Procurement, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics providers.\nSupport raw material availability and transportation planning.\nMonitor supplier performance and escalate supply continuity risks when needed.\nData Analysis & Reporting\nPrepare and maintain supply chain metrics, dashboards, and exception reports.\nUse ERP and planning systems to support timely, data-based decision making.\nProvide clear visibility of service, inventory, capacity, and plan attainment.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify and implement process improvement opportunities.\nSupport supply chain standards, system enhancements, and best-practice adoption.\nParticipate in cross-functional initiatives and new product introductions.\nQualifications and skills\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field experience.\nExperience: 2-5 years in supply chain planning, procurement, customer service, logistics, or manufacturing planning.\nIndustry: Food, ingredients, consumer goods, or manufacturing experience preferred.\nSystems: SAP or equivalent ERP; strong Microsoft Excel capability; Power BI preferred.\nCompensation Data\nThe pay range for this position is $63,000 - $103,450 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
