In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities across Third-Party Manufacturing (TPM) partners, ensuring product availability while balancing demand, inventory, capacity, and supply risks.\nYou will work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Regional Supply Chain teams to ensure the successful execution of production plans and drive service excellence across the external manufacturing network\nKey responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain production plans for Third-Party Manufacturing partners.\nConvert demand requirements into an achievable Master Production Schedule (MPS).\nBalance demand, inventory, capacity, and operational constraints to ensure continuity of supply.\nLead production review meetings with TPM partners and secure production commitments.\nEnsure raw material and packaging availability to support production schedules.\nCoordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Suppliers to resolve material shortages and supply issues.\nManage inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and inventory risk mitigation activities.\nMonitor TPM performance against service, capacity, and OTIF expectations.\nLead supply recovery and risk mitigation plans for service disruptions or capacity constraints.\nSupport S&OP and S&OE processes through supply analysis, scenario planning, and risk visibility.\nProvide data-driven recommendations to support business and supply chain decision making.\nQualifications and skills\nBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Materials Planning, Scheduling, or External Manufacturing.\nExperience working with ERP and planning systems such as SAP ECC, APO, IBP, or equivalent.\nStrong understanding of inventory management, material planning, and supplier performance management.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience within Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Goods industries.\n\nExperience managing Third-Party Manufacturers (TPMs), Co-packers, or external manufacturing partners.\n\nExposure to advanced planning tools and reporting platforms such as Power
