A career with Kerry offers you an opportunity to shape the future of food while providing you opportunities to explore and grow in a truly global environment.\nAbout the role\nThis position will oversee the Warehouse Operations for the Fort Worth Texas Operation.\nKey responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nLead warehouse, receiving, shipping, and inventory operations.\nEnsure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.\nManage warehouse staffing, scheduling, and performance.\nDrive safety, food safety, GMP, and quality compliance.\nCoordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Transportation.\nMonitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, labor productivity, and warehouse costs.\nSupport continuous improvement and lean initiatives.\nEnsure audit readiness and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.\nQualifications and skills\nKey Skills and Qualifications\nWarehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP/SAP experience.\nInventory control and materials management.\nLeadership and people development.\nFood manufacturing and GMP knowledge.\nOSHA and warehouse safety compliance.\nData analysis and KPI management.\nTypical Reporting Structure\nReports to: Supply Chain Manager or Plant Manager.\nDirect Reports: Warehouse Supervisors, Leads, Shipping/Receiving Coordinators, Forklift Operators.\nThe pay range for this position is $90,000 - $108,600 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
