We are looking for someone to help us keep things running!\nThe Warehouse Operative plays an important role in ensuring Kerry’s warehouse operates with optimum precision and efficiency, helping to fulfill orders and prepare them for shipment\nKey responsibilities\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nAssists with all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations\nHelps to efficiently carry out all product loading and unloading tasks\nScans and tracks incoming and outgoing orders\nReceives and processes new inventory, ensuring contents match manifest documents\nInspects receivables for defects, damages, or missing items\nUnloads, stacks, moves, and places products in designated areas\nMoves and transfers products between various sections of the warehouse as needed\nUses forklifts, pallet jacks, hand carts, etc. to transfer and deliver goods\nPerforms specific manual inventory counts\nStacks, shelves, and stages items for storage and shipments as necessary\nFulfills and tracks outgoing orders\nCollects, prepares, packages, and labels goods for shipment\nStaging materials needed for production in to Manufacturing orders\nCreating transfer packets needed for the transfer of material to Manufacturing Orders.\nQualifications and skills\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\nPrevious warehouse experience preferred\nForklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training\nAble to work long hours on one’s feet and perform physically demanding tasks\nFlexible with shift work and possible night hours\nFamiliar with common warehouse tools and equipment\nDependable and responsible\nStrong work ethic\nComfortable working independently\nMakes safety a priority\nCompensation Data\nThe typical hiring range for this role is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
