With a strong focus on outcomes and real-world value, we make digital transformation feel tangible, purposeful and fast-moving. \nYou’ll bring deep technical leadership across Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Dynamics 365 CE, Copilot Studio and related Azure services. As a Lead Power Platform Developer, you will be expected to own the technical quality of delivery, guide other developers, make pragmatic design decisions, and work closely with Solution Architects to turn complex requirements into secure, scalable and maintainable solutions. \nThis is a hands-on leadership role. You will still build solutions, but you will also set standards, review technical approaches, unblock delivery teams, influence architecture, and ensure that Power Platform solutions are delivered safely in enterprise and secure environments: \nRequired Skills: \nExtensive experience building Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps and modern Power Platform solutions, including custom pages, reusable components and complex business processes. \nStrong expertise in Dataverse, including data modelling, security, business rules, solution design and environment management. \nProven experience developing Power Automate solutions with robust error handling, monitoring and performance optimisation. \nHands-on experience with C# plug-ins, Custom APIs and server-side development within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. \nKnowledge of PCF development using TypeScript, React and modern front-end development practices. \nExperience delivering solutions with Power Pages including site configuration, Liquid, web roles, table permissions, authentication providers, Dataverse integration, forms, lists, security and ALM. . \nStrong understanding of Power Platform ALM, DevOps and deployment pipelines, including Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. \nExperience integrating Power Platform with external systems through APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and other Azure services. \nGood knowledge of Power Platform security, governance and best practices. \nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the Power Platform stack. \nExperience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions. \nExcellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. \nActive DV Clearance \nMicrosoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, PL-200, AZ-204, or equivalent practical experience. \nResponsibilities: \nYou’ll probably needtodemonstrateat least some experience with; \nLead the technical delivery of Power Platform solutions, covering Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, PCF, plug-ins and Azure integrations. \nDesign secure, scalable and maintainable solutions in collaboration with Solution Architects and customers. \nMake informed decisions on the right mix of low-code, pro-code and Azure-based technologies to solve business challenges. \nProvide hands-on development for complex applications, integrations, automations and AI-powered solutions. \nReview and assure the quality of development work, driving best practice across design, coding, testing and deployment. \nEstablish and maintain technical standards, development practices and governance across delivery teams. \nTroubleshoot complex technical issues and lead root cause analysis across the Power Platform ecosystem. \nMentor and support developers, helping teams improve technical capability and delivery quality. \nSupport project planning, estimation and prioritisation, identifying risks and ensuring successful delivery. \nContribute to discovery, presales, proof of concepts and customer demonstrations. \nChampion ALM, DevOps and DevSecOps practices, including deployment automation and release management. \nEnsure solutions meet security, performance, accessibility, scalability and supportability requirements. \nContribute to the evolution of Kerv Digital accelerators and reusable solution frameworks. \nCoach junior team members, support knowledge sharing and promote an inclusive team culture. \nDeliver training and guidance to customers, end users and administrators. \nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across project teams and client organisations. \nProduce clear technical documentation, including solution designs, deployment guides and decision logs. \nStay current with Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio and Azure AI, and share insights with customers and colleagues. \nDesirable Skills: \nCandidates are expected to havesomeof the following skills;
