This is not simply our job, it’s our passion.\nJob Summary\nThe Guest Relations Coordinator is responsible for creating Amazing Experiences and Everlasting Memories for guests throughout the in-house stay stage of the guest journey. This role services as a key point of contact for guests, proactively anticipating their needs, responding to their requests, and ensuring their expectations are consistently met and exceeded.\nKey Duties & Responsibilities\nCreate warm, personalized guest experiences by anticipating needs, providing assistance, and exceeding expectations\nMaintain a visible presence throughout the Resort, building genuine relationships with guests and gathering feedback on their experience\nManage in-house guest requests, arrangements, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution\nMaintain accurate guest profiles and preferences, communicating any relevant information to the appropriate departments\nCoordinate warm welcomes, fond farewells, special occasions, and personalized amenities\nRemain informed on upcoming guest arrivals, including VIP guests, groups, and other significant activities\nKeep an updated knowledge of Resort facilities, accommodations, services, offerings, and activities, as well as local attractions in the area\nPromote Resort experiences, identifying opportunities to convert interest into bookings\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service operations\nPerform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, Host or other members of management\nSkills, Experience, & Educational Requirements\nPrevious experience in a guest relations, guest services, front office, concierge, or similar role within a hotel or resort environment\nStrong passion for hospitality\nProficient in Microsoft Office, Opera PMS, and other hospitality applicants\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues\nAbility to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced setting\nBenefits\nMedical Insurance: 80% Employer-Covered (Full-Time, Year-Round Only)\nDental, Vision, and Life Insurance: 100% Employer-Covered (Full-Time, Year-Round Only)\n401(k) Program Participation: 4% Employer Match (Full-Time, Year-Round Only)\n25 Days of Paid Time Off (Full-Time, Year-Round Only)\nSubsidized Colleague Housing\nWinter Season Pass Program: Ski Pass or Fitness Pass (Subject to Availability)\nComplimentary Transportation\nComplimentary Meals on Shift\nOn-Property Discounts Across Food & Beverage, Wellness, and Retail\nTravel Discounts Across Kerzner Properties Worldwide\nPhysical Requirements\nThe ideal candidate must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job in a safe manner, with or without reasonable accommodation.
