This is not simply our job, it’s our passion.\nJOB SUMMARY\nThe Resort Intern supports the daily operations of the assigned department while gaining practical experience in a luxury hospitality environment. The intern is expected to actively participate in learning and development opportunities, uphold company standards, demonstrate professionalism, and contribute positively to the guest and colleague experience.\nKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nParticipate in structured on-the-job training and learning activities as outlined in the internship program.\nDemonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by seeking feedback and actively participating in mentoring, cross-exposure opportunities, workshops, and special projects.\nMaintain punctuality, regular attendance, and adherence to assigned work schedules, reporting any absence promptly.\nComplete all required orientation and onboarding program and develop an understanding of the company's mission, vision, values, structure, and operational standards.\nAttend and complete all mandatory training, e-learning, compliance courses, coaching sessions, and development activities within prescribed timelines.\nDemonstrate professional conduct, integrity, respect, and a positive attitude in all interactions with guests, colleagues, and business partners.\nUphold company policies, procedures, code of conduct requirements, and workplace standards relating to ethics, safety, security, and confidentiality.\nMaintain exceptional grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance standards, including the correct wearing of the prescribed uniform in accordance with company and brand guidelines.\nAct as an ambassador of the brand on and off duty, reflecting the hotel’s values, culture, and service philosophy.\nUphold the resort's brand standards and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences through professionalism, attention to detail, and service excellence.\nDevelop knowledge of ultra-luxury hospitality principles, including guest personalization, anticipatory service, Forbes Travel Guide, and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.\nAssist with daily operational duties as directed by the assigned supervisor while observing departmental procedures, quality standards, and safe work practices.\nMaintain organized work areas, departmental resources, and accurate completion of required logs, checklists, reports, and learning records.\nFollow established communication channels for requests, concerns, and operational updates.\nAttend scheduled intern meetings, briefings, and development sessions, and support departmental initiatives, events, projects, and other operational activities as required.
